Lagarde 'not candidate' for EU commission presidency

IMF chief Christine Lagarde has said she is "not a candidate" to be EU commission president, reports Reuters. She said she is not a candidate because she has a job. "It's a job that I happen to think is rather important at the moment (...) which I intend to complete."

EU Modernisation Fund: an open door for fossil gas in Romania
