Stubb to become Finland's new PM

Alexander Stubb (46), Finland's trade and Europe minister, is to become the country's next PM after the ruling conservative party Saturday elected him its new leader. The incumbent PM, Jyrki Katainen, will step down later this month, becoming the EU's economic affairs commissioner. Olli Rehn will become an MEP.
