Merkel says 'no drama' if Juncker vote not unanimous

German chancellor Angela Merkel Wednesday said it would be "no drama" if European Commission president-hopeful Jean-Claude Juncker was only backed by a qualified majority of EU leaders when his candidacy comes up for discussion at a summit beginning Thursday. London, strongly opposed to Juncker, wants a vote on him.

EU Modernisation Fund: an open door for fossil gas in Romania
