European rights court upholds French veil ban

The European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg on Tuesday ruled in favour of a full-face veil ban in France. A Muslim woman brought the case to the court arguing the French ban on wearing the full-face veils in public was discriminatory and violated her rights to freedom of religion.
