Wall Street banks such as Bank of America, Citigroup and Morgan Stanley are drawing up preliminary plans to move some London-based activities to Ireland, reports the Financial Times. The move is a reaction to the eurozone’s banking union plans that could isolate Britain and force its exit from the EU.
