Belgium looking for power after nuclear shutdowns

Belgium's parliament is holding a special session on Friday to discuss emergency plans for possible power shortages this winter after the sudden closure of three major nuclear power plants. Two plants were closed in May after cracks appeared in the reactor and another large plant was closed on 5 August.
