Putin wants EU-Moldova treaty frozen until 2016

Russian leader Putin at a summit with former Soviet states in Minsk has said the EU should postpone a free trade deal with Moldova until 2016. Referring to the EU's agreement to put off its Ukraine trade pact, he said: "Why couldn't we build a relationship like that with Moldova?"
