EU ready to 'take action' against Israeli settlements

EU foreign ministers Monday said they are "ready to take further action" against Israel if settlement expansion endangers the two-state solution. The EU recently banned loans for Israeli settler entities and dairy exports from settler farms. They are now considering a blacklist of violent settlers, among other new measures.
