Hungary has summoned the US envoy in Budapest after US senator John McCain described Hungary's Prime Minister Viktor Orban as a "neo-fascist dictator" in a debate in the US Senate on Tuesday over the appointment of Hollywood producer Colleen Bell as new US ambassador in Budapest.
