IMF holds back tranche for Cyprus

The IMF has said it won't release €88m in bailout money for Cyprus on Friday after the parliament delayed a foreclosure law meant to take effect at the end of December. "Critical requirements for the completion of the fifth programme review are now no longer met,” said the IMF.
