Verhofstadt: Convention should include EU-sceptics

Belgian Prime minister and president in office of the European Council Guy Verhofstadt on Monday agreed that the Convention which will propose EU reforms should also include EU-sceptics and that the future Treaty proposing a far-reaching overhaul of the Union should be approved by referendum in all EU countries.
