EP chief prefers parliament to have seat in Strasbourg

European Parliament president Martin Schulz has said that he would prefer his institution to have just one seat and that it should be in Strasbourg. "I think the we need one seat. It is not efficient to always be travelling between two locations," he told Swedish radio. "I prefer Strasbourg."
