In an exclusive interview with the EUobserver, the Chairman of the Ukrainian Parliament has denied that a deal approved by the Parliament yesterday with Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan means Ukraine is turning away from the EU and, in doing so, splitting Europe.
During a trip to Brussels, Volodymyr Lytvyn told this news-site that the agreement on the single economic area, made up of the four countries, would not affect Ukraine's European vocation.
