US, China, Russia agree to fight EU aviation emissions trade

A 20-strong group of countries including the US, Russia and China agreed Wednesday in Moscow to coordinate potential retaliatory trade measures against the EU’s inclusion of aviation into its emissions trading scheme. According to Russia's deputy transport minister, Valery Okulov, the group will meet again in Saudi Arabia over summer.
