Commission asks EU parliament to delay Acta decision

EU trade commissioner Karel De Gucht Wednesday asked the European Parliament to await an EU court opinion on the global anti-counterfeit treaty, Acta, before taking its decision on the agreement. "This is an important input to European public and democratic debate," he said about the future court ruling.
