Barroso questions 'neo-Nazi' label for Golden Dawn

"We have to define what a neo-Nazi party is, this can only be done at national level," EU commission chief Jose Manuel Barroso told journalists when asked if parties like Greece's Golden Dawn should be banned in Europe. He pledged, however, to be "vigilant" on ensuring EU values are respected.
