Ireland short €324bn for pensions

Ireland needs to find €324bn to fund future pension and social welfare liabilities according to an unpublished government report, seen by the Irish Times. The paper reports that rising pension liabilities are the primary reason behind the large funding gap. Ireland's national debt is €133bn.
