Netherlands installs pro-European government

The Dutch Queen on Monday anointed a new coalition government composed of PM Mark Rutte's Liberal VVD party and the centre-left Labour party. The last government fell over a disagreement on EU-mandated budget cuts. The new coalition is seen as more pro-European and pro-austerity than the previous team.
