UK will 'opt back in' to 30 EU JHA laws says minister

The UK will opt-in to 30 pieces of EU justice and home affairs law according to cabinet minister Ken Clarke. In October 2012 Home Office minister Theresa May indicated that the UK would opt-out of over 100 pieces of legislation, including rules on extradition and the European Arrest Warrant.
