Israeli expansion blocks two-state solution, EU says

An internal report by the European Union notes that Jewish settlement construction in East Jerusalem is "the biggest single threat to the two-state solution," reports AFP. The Jerusalem Report 2012, seen by the newswire, also calls to "ensure that imports of settlement products do not benefit from preferential tariffs."
