Suspicious letter found at ECB

The European Central Bank's premises in Frankfurt was briefly evacuated on Wednesday following the discovery of a suspicious letter, German police said. ECB employees alerted the police when they saw black powder was seeping out of the letter. No suspicious chemicals were found, police said.
