Berlusconi re-enters Italian political fray

Three-time Italian PM Silvio Berlusconi has returned to the Italian political stage after striking a deal with a centre-left Democrat party on electoral reform, the BBC reports. Berlusconi was thrown out of parliament in 2013 after being convicted of tax fraud but still leads the centre-right opposition Forza Italia party.
