Estonia's PM set to resign

Estonia's centre-right prime minister, Andrus Ansip, on Sunday said he would submit his resignation on 4 March ahead of the parliamentary elections in 2015, reports Reuters. "I will hand my resignation application to the President of the Republic," said Ansip. Ansip is Estonia's longest serving prime minister.
