Cuba accepts offer to restore EU relations

Cuba has officially accepted an invitation from the EU to restore bilateral relations. Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez said on Thursday that Cuba welcomed the proposal as it "signifies the end of the unilateral policy of the EU towards Cuba," Reuters reports.
