Sweden demands EU countries share refugee burden

Sweden's immigration minister has called on EU countries to share the burden of asylum seekers, arguing that domestic costs would jump to €700mn in 2014. "Sweden will, sooner or later, say: 'Hey, we are not going to buy this'," Billstrom told Reuters. Sweden registered 54,000 asylum seekers last year.
