Rwanda accuses France of having role in genocide

The French government will not attend the 20th anniversary of the Rwandan genocide after President Kagame accused France of a "direct role" in the 1994 atrocities which killed 800,000 people. Kagame added that France hadn't "done enough to save lives". Former French PM Alain Juppe described the remarks as "intolerable".
