Residents of small Greek island boycott EU election

The 152 residents of the tiny island of Gavdos, south of Crete, are boycotting the EP elections in protest against the bloc's approval to destroy Syria's chemical weapons in the Mediterranean sea. "Let those who sold and bought the war chemicals be the ones who digest them," they said.
