Five Star movement leader seeks to join EP Green group

Five Star movement leader and former comedian Beppe Grillo has applied for his party's 17 MEPs to join the EP's Green group, he said Wednesday on his blog. Grillo had been in talks previously with Nigel Farage's eurosceptic political group, the Europe of Freedom and Democracy (EFD).
