EU court hearing on landmark obesity case opens

The EU's top court on Thursday began deliberations on a test case which could oblige employers to treat obesity as a disability. Danish child care worker Karsten Kaltoft has brought a claim of unfair dismissal to the European Court of Justice claiming that he was sacked for being too fat.
