Ukraine: Russian gas supplies reduced to 'zero'

Ukraine says Russia on Monday reduced gas flows to "zero" in a price row. The European Commission noted Ukraine needs to have at least 18 billion cubic metres (bcm) in storage "by the end of summer" to guarantee winter-time transit to EU countries. It reportedly has 12 bcm for now.
