German toll law to be presented at the 'end of the week'

A draft proposal for a toll system in Germany "is ready" and will be presented at the "end of the week", transport minister Alexander Dobrindt told Munchner Merkur. The plan has come under fire on grounds that it might discriminate against non-German drivers.
