EU governments urged to speed up migrant deportations

EU governments should speed up the deportation of migrants, according to a document circulated ahead of Thursday's summit in Brussels, the Associated Press reports. The document prepared by European Council president Donald Tusk urges member countries to "take action to curb the level of expectation" of would-be migrants to Europe.
