EU anti-fraud agency under investigation for illegal taps: Report

The EU's anti-fraud agency Olaf is being investigated for possible illegal wire-tapping, the Sunday Times reported. The case relates to the watchdog's investigation into former European Commissioner John Dalli. The news comes ahead of a separate but Dalli-related ruling Tuesday by the European court of justice.
