Failed talks could bring 'major recession' to Greece

If Greece and its creditors do not reach an agreement, the country could face another "major recession", according to the latest economic forecast of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, published Thursday. The same day, Greek finance minister Varoufakis said he wished "we had never entered this monetary union”.
