Visegrad states say No to migrant quotas

The Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, and Slovakia - the "Visegrad four" - at the Globsec forum in Slovakia Friday took a joint position against European Commission proposals to redistribute asylum seekers. They said the EU should instead try to improve conditions in Libya and Iraq, while relying on "voluntary" relocation.
