Ukraine hopes for EU visa-free travel by end-of-year

Ukraine president Poroshenko is to visit Brussels by the end of the month amid a flare-up in violence in east Ukraine. He spoke by phone with EU commission president Juncker Tuesday, voicing hope of an EU visa-free deal in December and confirming plans to implement EU-Ukraine free trade in January.
