Balkan migrant meeting moved from Budapest to Luxembourg

The conference on dealing with the Western Balkan route of migrants will take place on 8 October in Luxembourg, Frederica Mogherini, the EU's foregn policy chief said on Wednesday, adding that interior and foreign ministers from EU and Balkan countries will participate. The meeting was originally planned for Budapest, Hungary.
