Refugees flock to Croatia, as EU leaders bicker

Croatia says 8,750 refugees came on Tuesday, making a total 44,000 in the past week. Continuing arrivals come as EU leaders scrap over Tuesday's relocation deal. Slovakia is threatening to challenge the accord at the EU Court. Hungary says migrant screening should take place outside the EU's passport-free Schengen area.
