France and Germany want to curb migrant inflow

Interior ministers from France and Germany, in a joint-letter to the European commission, said the number of migrants entering the EU must be reduced. Both back a stronger Frontex, the EU's border agency. The commission is set to announce a new European border and coast guard agency on 15 December.
