Schulz: EU budget could be used against refugee refuseniks

European Parliament president Martin Schulz said Thursday that using the EU budget to push countries to accept refugees "has to be considered." "Net contributors are countries bearing the heaviest burden in terms of receiving refugees, whereas beneficiary countries are not doing their part, for the most part," he told journalists.
