Poland's right-wing leader wants constitutional overhaul

Jaroslaw Kaczynski, the leader of the ruling Law and Justice party said Poland's constitution “needs to be verified every 20 years". "Isn't it the right time?" to change the current constitution, which will be 20 years old in 2017, he said in a speech to parliament on Poland's constitution day.

EU's proposed ethics body 'toothless', say campaigners
