Norway to build Arctic border fence

Norway is building a fence at a remote Arctic border post with Russia where 5,500 migrants, mainly from Syria, crossed last year. The fence will be 200m long and 3.5m high and will be set up in the coming weeks. Rights groups and opposition politicians pointed out that no-one has sought asylum via the northern border this year.
