MH17 report to be released

An international team investigating the downing of Malaysia Airlines flight MH17 over Ukraine in 2014 will release its preliminary conclusions later. Ahead of the release Russia's defence ministry has presented radar data to suggest that the plane may have been shot down by Ukrainian forces. The west and Ukraine say Russia-backed rebels shot down MH17. All 298 people on board were killed, including 196 Dutch nationals.
