Report: Refugees still using Western Balkan route

The BBC reports an average of 1,000 refugees a week are still able to cross through the Western Balkan nations in their efforts to reach the EU despite border shutdowns and closures earlier this year. Some are paying smugglers €1,500 to leave Greece to reach Austria via the Balkans, said one migrant.
