Belgium missed 13 chances to unmask Paris attackers

Belgian authorities had 13 opportunities to unmask the people behind the Paris killings in the lead up to the terror attack, an internal Belgian government report leaked to Flemish daily De Tijd found. The report cited staff shortages, Belgian police ignoring requests and failing to follow up leads.
