Ireland earmarks €1.3bn for Brexit impact

The Irish government has presented a draft 2017 budget that includes €1.3 billion extra spending and other measures to limit the influence of Brexit on Irish businesses. "The UK's decision to exit the European Union represents a real risk to our economy," finance minister Michael Noonan told MPs on Tuesday. Measures include lower VAT for the tourism sector and cheap loans for farmers.
