MEPs to hear economist Stiglitz on Panama Papers

Nobel prize winner Joseph Stiglitz will appear at a hearing of the European Parliament's committee that investigates the Panama Papers on 16 November. Stiglitz was part of a commission set by the Panama authorities to investigate the country's financial practices after the revelations, but he resigned in August over the government's refusal to publish the report.
