UK has no EU exit plan: leaked report

The UK government has no overall strategy to leave the European Union "because of divisions within the cabinet", according to a leaked memo obtained by the Times newspaper. The Cabinet Office note, written by an unnamed consultant, says some 30,000 new hires are needed for the transition and suggests it will take another six months before the government knows what it wants to achieve during Brexit negotiations.
