Bernard Cazeneuve named French PM

Bernard Cazeneuve has been named French prime minister, replacing Manuel Valls, who said on Monday that he would run in next year's presidential election. Cazeneuve, 53, will move from his job as interior minister. He has previously held the EU affairs and budget portfolios. He is expected to present a new government later on Tuesday.
