Poland won't sign EU summit conclusions

Polish PM Beata Szydlo told reporters she would not sign the ongoing EU summit's conclusions over opposition to the re-election of Donald Tusk as Council president. "Tusk and the others are looking for other ways right now to have them adopted," she said, speaking of the Maltese prime minister, whose country holds the rotating EU presidency.
